Universal’s Great Movie Escape
The Universal’s Great Movie Escape is a next-level hands-on puzzle experience that aims to make you feel like you’re inside the movie itself.
The attraction is composed of two distinct escape-room adventures, each based on a major film franchise:
Jurassic World: Escape
You assume the role of a geneticist at a secret lab on Isla Nublar and must work together to escape after a dangerous predator breaks free.
Back to the Future: OUTATIME
Be transported back to a 1993 museum, where you must track down a stolen time-travel device and fix the timeline before time runs out.
Each adventure lasts around 75 minutes (including check-in and briefing) and involves a number of detailed “rooms” or environments. Move from room to room solving puzzles, uncovering clues, triggering effects, and advancing the story.

Lone Palm Airport
It is hard to miss the “Hemisphere Dancer” the white seaplane owned by legendary singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett serving as a backdrop for Lone Palm Airport.
This beach bar, inspired by a tropical theme, offers a relaxed atmosphere complete with palm trees, tiki-bar decorations, and outdoor seating.
Savor a variety of tropical cocktails, margaritas, wine, as well as both bottled and draft beer. The menu is very similar to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville which is located across the promenade, blending Floridian and Caribbean flavours, offering plenty of seafood and Jamaican-inspired seasonings, tempting burgers and hearty sandwiches.

Universal Studios Store
This is a huge retail store stretching between Cinemark and Voodoo Doughnut and is the flagship merchandise shop for the resort. Because it’s at CityWalk (outside or just before the park entrance/exit area), you don’t need a theme-park ticket to shop there.
The vibe is more “upscale souvenir / department-style store” than a typical gift-shop: spacious, with an organized layout and themed sections selling a wide variety of items including apparel collectables and toys, housewares, speciality food items along with theme-park attraction merchandise.
Hours
Open daily from 8:00am-12:00am.
Rock Shop
The Rock Shop is the “music-themed” retail store, located adjacent to the lobby of Hard Rock Cafe. It serves as a go-to shop for rock-and-roll and music-inspired merchandise, ideal for music lovers, fans of band-style gear, or anyone wanting a souvenir with a bit of edge.
You can discover a variety of rock themed items such as branded apparel, souvenirs and accessories, pins, keychains, and music memorabilia.
